Adfinix is a full stack ad tech platform which uses AI to empower data on digital advertising. Our adtech platform uses AI to identify and segment audiences, detect top performing ad placements, build ad creative, improve performance, and optimize spend—automatically, in real-time. Advertiser can also use our powerful AI solution to forecast target audience and strategically plan campaigns to get the best buyer and seller experience.

What Experience Should You Have?

• Minimum 4 years.

What you will bring along

• Experience of building complex systems and managing end to end.
• Experience with profiling, debugging, and code refactoring.
• Work as part of a team developing, testing and deploying applications and services. 
• Topclass Communication skills (not just language skills).
• Superb ability in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• A mentality like a polyglot programmer.
• Experience in at least 5 of the following list: Python, Django, ReactJS, Go, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB.
• Able to understand and write concurrent & multithreaded programs.
• Good Knowledge of algorithms, data structures and software design patterns.
• Knowledge of security concerns and best practices.
• Ideally, some knowledge of visual design, plus user experience best practices.

Educational Requirements

Graduation in any engineering discipline is preferred. However, we are looking for skills, not degrees.
